Personal & Business Information

• Account Details: Name, phone number, email address, passwords, and billing addresses.
• Business Credentials: GSTIN, PAN, business name, store locations, and financial data required to generate compliant invoices.
• Customer & Vendor Data: Information about your clients and suppliers that you input into the system to generate bills, E-Way bills, and purchase orders.
• Workforce & Biometric Data: If utilizing the Rupnidhi Payroll module, we may process attendance data, shift schedules, and securely hashed biometric identifiers synced from compatible hardware devices.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our Services.

• To protect our Services: We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

• Government Portals & GSPs: To provide core functionality (such as E-Invoicing and E-Way bills), necessary invoice data is transmitted securely to government-approved GST Suvidha Providers (GSPs) and the GSTN portal.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting, email delivery).

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Our cloud architecture utilizes bank-grade encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
